穿梭车避让策略及仿真实验
he Collision-Avoidance Strategy of RGVS System Base On Simulation
本文对穿梭车在作业中的冲突碰撞问题进行了研究。以某烟草配送中心的穿梭车系统为例,介绍了穿梭车在实际作业中由于路线冲突等问题而造成的碰撞问题,分析了碰撞问题的解决方式。针对此穿梭车系统模型,提出了三种穿梭车的避让策略,即优先级避让策略、轮流避让策略和直接避让策略。在AutoMod仿真软件中建立此配送中心穿梭车系统的AutoMod仿真模型,将这三种策略应用于仿真模型中,并对他们进行仿真实验,验证三种策略在实际运行中是否能达到避碰效果,同时分析和对比实验数据,评价这三种避让策略的避碰效率。
his article studied the collision problem that the RGVS system faces. Take a RGVS system in a tobacco distribution center for example,the collosion problem in the production procedure and the method to solve this problem was introduced.This article presents three Collision-Avoidance Strategies for the RGVs system of this distribution center.After building the simulation model of this AGVs system in AutoMod software,these three strategies are applied to the simulation model to verify whether they are effective to achieve the collision avoidance,and contrast the experimental data of the three collision avoidance strategies to evaluate their efficiency.
