无人机视觉导航中的地平线检测算法研究

视觉导航是通过对视觉传感器获取的图像进行相应处理从而得到载体导航参数的新一代导航技术,具有高精度,高灵敏度等特点。无人机视觉导航技术的发展对无人机控制技术和现代信息战争都有重要意义。本文尝试将计算机视觉应用于无人机着陆段的自主导航上,以无人机飞行过程中拍摄的着陆场景图像研究对象,综合利用多种图像处理技术研究无人机视觉导航中的地平线检测算法问题。主要工作包括图像的预处理,边缘检测,再用Hough变换直线检测初步提取地平线,最后使用一种拟合算法提取完整的地平线所在直线。实验结果表明,本文提出的地平线检测流程能够比较完整、准确的提取出地平线,在此基础上获得的无人机的姿态信息可以辅助完成视觉导航任务。

Visual navigation is a new generation of navigation technology to obtain carrier navigation parameters through image from visual sensor, and it has the advantages of high precision, high sensitivity etc. UAV visual navigation technology development have important meanings for UAV control technology and modern information war. This paper attempts to apply computer vision to UAV autonomous navigation in the landing phase and to comprehensively utilize a variety of image processing techniques based on images acquired during landing phase in research on horizon detection algorithm in UAV visual navigation. The main works include preprocessing, edge detection, the initial horizon extraction by line detection based on the Hough transform and horizon extraction using a fitting algorithm. The experimental results show that the proposed horizon detection procedure can extract the horizon completely and correctly, the UAV attitude detection can be completed based on such procedure, which may assist for the mission of visual navigation.
