本文提出并研制了一种由分形几何理论中科赫雪花图形为激励装置的涡流传感器新型结构方案,并对这种结构进行了理论和实验研究。结果表明,这种结构可以较好检测出铝板上的微裂纹缺陷,和传统结构相比较,可以改善试件上涡流分布形态,从而提高检测灵敏度,具有独特优势。

novel Koch curve fractal geometry exciting eddy current probe is proposed and developed. Theoretical analysis and experimental study for this probe is carried out. It turned out that, compared with the traditional eddy current probe, this probe can detect the micro-crack in an aluminium plate and is with high sensitivity by improving the eddy current distribution in metal.
