祛湿罐联合穴位贴敷治疗 1 例脾虚湿盛型单纯肥胖症患者的护理体会
Nursing experience of a case of spleen deficiency and dampness in the treatment of patients with simple obesity with dehumidification tank and acupoint application
本文观察祛湿罐联合穴位贴敷疗法干预1例脾虚湿盛型单纯肥胖症患者的效果，总结护理经验。在中医辨证施护理论下，以中医基本理论及经络理论为指导，运用拔罐、中药穴位贴敷疗法有效的减轻患者体重，提高了患者对健康相关生命质量的自我认知（HRQoL）。操作简单、效果显著、不良反应少、价格低廉，易被接受，获得了良好的护理评价。
his article observes the effect of dehumidifying tank combined with acupoint application therapy on the intervention of a patient with spleen deficiency and dampness, and summarizes the nursing experience. Under the nursing theory of TCM syndrome differentiation, under the guidance of the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine and the theory of meridian, the use of cupping and traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application therapy to effectively reduce the weight of patients and improve the patient's self-perception of health-related quality of life (HRQoL). And it is simple to operate, has significant effect, few adverse reactions, low price, easy to accept, and has obtained a good nursing evaluation.
