肿瘤中miR-21靶向治疗的研究进展

miRNA是近年来发现的小分子RNA，大量的研究证明miRNA在肿瘤的发生和发展中起到重要的作用，其中miR-21是最早被发现的参与肿瘤进展的miRNA，在多种癌症中都有报道。对miR-21的靶向治疗具有重要的理论和临床价值。目前，作为miR-21的特异性抑制剂，AC1MMYR2、BASI和纳米材料包裹的miR-21反义链在动物模型中都取得了显著的抑癌效果，为miR-21的靶向治疗应用提供了重要的理论依据。
MiRNA plays an important role in the occurrence and development of tumor. miR-21 is among the earliest discovered miRNAs that promote tumor progression, and targeted therapy of miR-21 has important value in cancer. This review summrized AC1MMYR2、BASI and nanocapsules as effective targeted inhibitors of miR-21, and provided theoretical foundation for further research in targeted therapy of miR-21.
