基于政府补贴的微电网企业碳价动态机制研究
Research on the mechanism of carbon price of microgrid enterprises based on government subsidies
可再生能源微电网发展高度依赖政府补贴,近年来补贴缺口逐步扩大。因此,研究碳交易市场补偿微电网具有重要的理论和现实意义。本文在分析政府和微电网的利益分歧及决策特点的基础上,建立了stackbelberg微分博弈模型,并对博弈方决策变量进行了仿真模拟。结果表明,碳价和碳减排量之间的正相关关系符合供给受价格刺激的一般经济规律;补贴随碳价及时间的降低从静态和动态两个角度肯定了碳价对政府补助的替代作用。另外,碳价敏感系数和成本系数的变化都可能导致碳价降低,补贴上升。故建议加大低碳技术研发的同时,降低控排单位纳入门槛,为碳交易市场提供更多的流动性。
he development of renewable energy micro grid is highly dependent on government subsidies. In recent years, the gap of subsidies has gradually expanded. Therefore, the study of carbon trading market compensation microgrid has important theoretical and practical significance. In this paper, based on the analysis of the interest divergence and decision-making characteristics of the government and Microgrid, the stackbelberg differential game model is established, and the decision variables of the players are simulated. The results show that the positive correlation between carbon price and carbon emission reduction conforms to the general economic law that supply is stimulated by price, and the substitution effect of carbon price on government subsidy is confirmed from the static and dynamic perspectives with the decrease of carbon price and time. In addition, the carbon price sensitivity coefficient and cost coefficient may lead to the reduction of carbon price and the increase of subsidy. Therefore, it is suggested to increase the research and development of low-carbon technology, reduce the threshold of controlling emission units, and provide more liquidity for the carbon trading market.
