莰烯基缩氨基硫脲的合成及其抑菌活性研究
Synthesis and antibacterial activity of camphene-based thiosemicarbazones
以莰烯为原料合成了14种新型缩氨基硫脲化合物, 采用1H NMR, 13C NMR, GC-MS和FT-IR等分析手段对莰烯基缩氨基硫脲化合物的结构进行了表征, 对它们的抑菌活性进行了测试, 并且研究了物质结构与抑菌活性之间的关系. 结果表明, 部分化合物具有良好的抑菌活性。
series of thiosemicarbazones were synthesized from the natural sesquiterpene camphene. Moreover, their structures were characterized by means of 1H NMR, 13C-NMR, GC-MS and FT-IR techniques. The antibacterial properties were also tested. Moreover, the relationship between structure and antibacterial was studied. The results showed that some of these compounds exhibited obvious inhibitory effects on the growth of bacterials.
