离子交换纤维对含铬废水资源化治理的优化研究

本文以强酸、弱碱离子交换纤维为重金属吸附剂,采用多柱串联饱和吸附、分步洗脱循环浓缩的方法对含铬电镀废水的资源化治理进行了系统研究。结果表明:采用该方法弱碱离子交换纤维对六价铬的饱和吸附容量可达300mg g-1,净化水中性达标排放;纤维经2 mol L-1NaOH再生剂循环套用后,回收液中Cr(VI)浓度维持在35.3g L-1 ~49.5 g L-1,Cl-基本无检出;离子交换纤维经5次吸附再生循环,交换容量基本不变,具有很好的实际应用前景。

he strong acidic and weak alkaline ion exchange fibers as the adsorbent,a novel resource recovery of wastewater containing Cr(VI) was investigated by saturated adsorption and multilevel elution process on the three column system. The results show that the operation capacity of weak alkaline fiber could be up to 300 mg g-1 for Cr(VI), and the effulent could meet the strict discharge specifications. By reusing of the elution, the CCr(VI)and CCl- in recovery liquid were 35.3~49.5g L-1and near 0g L-1, respectively. After five adsorption and regeneration cycles, the fibrous adsorbent still keep excellent adsorption performance, which proved that it has good prospects for practical application.
