摘要:采用厌氧颗粒污泥(AnGS)对乙炔基雌二醇(EE2)进行吸附实验,考察了EE2初始浓度、AnGS的用量、温度、pH、零价铁浓度变化对吸附过程的影响。结果表明:吸附的前20 min为快速吸附过程,在30 min左右达到动态吸附平衡;吸附容量随着EE2初始浓度的增大而增大,但随AnGS的增多而减少。低温低pH条件有利于AnGS对EE2的吸附;零价铁浓度在2g/L时吸附效果最佳。

he effect of initial EE2 concentration, AnGS dosage, temperature, pH, and zero valent iron on the adsorption of 17 alpha-ethinyl estradiol (EE2) by anaerobic granAdsorption of 17 alpha-ethinyl estradiol by anaerobic granule sludgeular sludge (AnGS) were investigated here. The results show that: The pre 20 min of adsorption was a fast adsorption process, and the dynamic adsorption equilibrium was reached around 30 min; The adsorption capacity of AnGS for EE2 increased with the increasing of initial EE2 concentration, but decreased with the increasing of the AnGS dosage. The low temperature and low pH conditions are favorable to the adsorption of EE2 by AnGS; an optimized adsorption removal of EE2 by AnGS was gotten at the concentration of zero valent iron 2g/L.
