包埋技术在植物精油类生物农药控释中的应用

为了控制病虫害、提高粮食产量,农药在现代农业中被大量地使用。然而,化学农药的不合理使用引发了很多问题,如土壤水源污染、产品农药残留,与国家的可持续发展战略相违背。因此,开发安全无毒的生物农药成为必然趋势,其中植物源农药有效成分来自植物体,具有无毒、绿色、易降解等优势,作为新型生物农药的一种方式成为了研究热点。但是植物源农药有效成分多为植物精油,存在不溶于水、不稳定、药效差等痛点问题。本文阐述了近年来国内外研究者利用包埋技术在植物精油类农药控释中应用的研究进展;介绍和分析了利用海藻酸盐、壳聚糖、环糊精进行植物精油包埋的工艺和机理;并对包埋技术在植物精油类生物农药领域的应用前景进行了展望。
In order to control pests and diseases and increase grain yield, pesticides are widely used in modern agriculture. However, the irrational use of chemical pesticides has caused many problems, such as soil water pollution and pesticide residues in products, which are contrary to the national sustainable development strategy. Therefore, the development of safe and non-toxic biopesticides has become an inevitable trend, in which the effective components of botanical pesticides come from plants, which have the advantages of non-toxicity, green and easy degradation. As a new biopesticides, it has become a research hotspot. However, the active ingredients of botanical pesticides are mostly plant essential oils, which have some pain points such as insolubility in water, instability and poor efficacy. In this paper, the research progress of the application of embedding technology in the controlled release of plant essential oil pesticides by researchers at home and abroad in recent years is described. The technology and mechanism of embedding plant essential oil with alginate, chitosan and cyclodextrin were introduced and analyzed. The application prospect of embedding technology in the field of plant essential oil biopesticides was also prospected.
