蛋白质组学技术是一种高通量、高效率的全新技术手段，已被广泛应用在免疫学多个方向的研究中。本文总结了蛋白质组学技术在免疫细胞、肿瘤免疫、致病菌/病毒抗原物质筛选和器官移植各个免疫研究领域的应用及最新进展。蛋白质组学技术的应用大大促进免疫相关的基础研究和疾病的诊断、治疗以及新药开发。
Proteomic technique is a powerful and efficient approach, which has been applied to studies in many different aspects regarding immunology. This review mainly summarizes the current advances on the application of poteomics in the studies on immunocyte, tumor immunology, antigen and solid organ transplantation. Proteomic techinques further promote diagnosis, treatment and novel drug discovery of immunology-realated diseases.
