厚钢板疲劳裂纹扩展试验与数值仿真研究

对于工程结构,尤其是近年发展的厚板焊接结构,由于裂纹的疲劳扩展导致断裂破坏的现象非常普遍。本文对CTOD试件预制裂纹试验中不同厚度的高强度桥梁钢疲劳裂纹的扩展情况进行了对比分析,同时对试验过程进行了有限元数值仿真。通过仿真与试验的比较,可以发现两者结果整体上相符,证明了本文提出的疲劳数值仿真方法是可行的和有效的。

Fracture failure due to fatigue crack growth is common in engineering structures, especially in the popular thick-welded structures recently. The paper carried out comparative analysis the fatigue crack propagation in the high strength steel plate with different thickness for crack tip opening displacement (CTOD) test through pre-cracked test and finite element numerical simulation. The well agreements of experiment and simulation results indicate that the proposed numerical simulation is feasible and effective.
