数值模拟与实验研究锁模距离对内循环两板注塑机形变的影响
Numerical Simulation and Experimental Study on the Influence of Clamping Distance on Deformation of Two-Platen Injection Molding Machine
针对现有四缸连锁内循环注塑机存在形变偏差较大的问题,本文开展了对注塑机合模系统零部件的形变测试实验及数值模拟分析研究,着重分析了模具长度即锁模距离对注塑机合模系统零部件关键位置形变的影响,并对比分析了实验数据与模拟数据的差异和差异的影响因素。研究结果表明,受实验测试误差限制,数值模拟数据在某些情况下存在偏差,但某些数据及整体趋势具有准确和有效性;模具长度即锁模距离变大会增加合模系统动模板的形变,但对锁模油缸后端盖的形变影响不大。
iming at the problem of large deformation deviation of the existing four-cylinder clamping internal circulation injection molding machine, this paper carried out the deformation test experiment and numerical simulation analysis of the key clamping components of the injection molding machine, focusing on the influence of the length of the mold, the clamping distance on the deformation of the clamping system. We also analyzed of the differences between the experimental data and the simulation data and the influencing factors of these differences. The research results showed that the numerical simulation data was biased in some cases due to the experimental error. However, some data and the overall trend were accurate and effective. The higher mold length (clamping distance) increased the deformation of the clamping system. However, it had little effect on the deformation of the rear end of the clamping cylinder.
