基于WinCC组态技术的压风机远程监控系统关键技术研究
Research On Key Technology Of Remote Monitoring System Based On WinCC For Air Compressors
针对平煤十矿压风机组所存在的控制方式落后、监控画面单一、故障诊断缺乏的问题,本课题基于WinCC组态技术对原有系统进行了改造,实现了压风机的远程监控、在线故障诊断和工作状态的真实全景再现。现场使用情况表明,该系统替代了繁琐的人工操作,保证了总管压力的恒定输出,实现了压风机工作状态的真实再现,并能对相关故障进行诊断。
t present, the monitor system for air compressors in Pingdingshan Coal (Group)Co.,Ltd. has some problems such as backward control mode, excessively unitary monitoring picture, lack of fault diagnosis and so on. This paper has made the transformation to the original system which is based on WinCC. This new system can realize remote monitoring and online failure diagnosis for the air compressor. Also, the system can panoramic representation of the compressor's working state panoramically and truly. Field application shows that this system can replace the cumbersome manual operation, guarantee the constant output pressure, achieve a true reproduction of the air compressor's state, and make diagnosis for the faults.
