不锈钢是日常生活、生产中应用最广泛的合金之一。316H不锈钢由于具有优异的耐蚀性能、耐高温性能和较好的力学性能,而受到广泛关注。明晰其力学性能与微观组织的关系以指引该不锈钢性能的进一步优化和提升至关重要。因此本文以316H不锈钢中的析出相为研究对象,运用先进电子显微学技术确定其形貌、结构、成分、分布规律等信息,探究析出相对该不锈钢力学性能的影响机制,为该不锈钢更好的应用提供参考。

Stainless steel is one of the most widely used alloys in daily life and production. 316H stainless steel has attracted wide attention because of its excellent corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance and good mechanical properties. It is very important to clarify the relationship between mechanical properties and microstructure to guide the further optimization and improvement of the properties of the stainless steel. Therefore, this paper take the precipitated phase in 316H stainless steel as the research object, use advanced electron microscopy to determine its morphology, structure, composition, distribution and other information, and explore the influence mechanism of precipitation on the mechanical properties of the stainless steel, to provide reference for the better application of this stainless steel.????
