随着全球经济一体化进程不断加深,企业之间的竞争日益衍变为供应链与供应链之间的竞争,而供应链协同作为一种新的提高供应链运营效率的管理理念也开始越来越多地被提及。供应链协同管理能够创造最大顾客价值,对提高整个供应链竞争力具有重要意义。本文从创造顾客价值的角度出发,分析了供应链协同与顾客价值的关系,提出供应链协同管理必须以满足顾客需求为中心,并基于此,给出了通过供应链协同管理创造和提升顾客价值的策略。

long with the process of global economic integration deepening, the competition among enterprises increasingly evolves into the competition among supply chains, and as a new management philosophy of improving the efficiency of supply chain operators, and Supply Chain Collaboration has begun to be mentioned more and more. Supply Chain Collaboration Management could create the greatest Customer Value, and significantly enhance the competitiveness of the whole supply chain which is extra important. From the angle of creating customer value, this paper presents that Supply Chain Collaboration must regard meeting customer\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s demands as the center of management, and based on this proposes some strategies about creating and enhancing customer value through the Supply Chain Collaboration Management.
