中药及其复方药效物质基础的研究现状与展望

o study the potential basis of Chinese medicine and Chinese medicine formula is very important for evaluating Chinese medicines on a scientific basis and promoting the modernization of Chinese materia medica. Based on the published studies, a review of the new progresses and methods, especially the latest progresses achieved in the area such as serum pharmacology, serum pharmacochemistry, metabonomics and pharmacokinetics-pharmacodynamics (PK-PD) correlation, was presented. Meanwhile, some advantage and shortage of those methods was discussed to propose new insights and approaches for the future development.
