his article analyzes the development characteristics of testing services in China from three aspects of the market attribute characteristics, technology level and the detection ability , and then from the production factor, demand factor, market factor three aspects combining with statistical data point detection mechanism, analyzes the China east Midwest inspection testing services difference of regional competitive advantage; The international competitiveness of Chinese testing institutions is further analyzed through comparison with internationally known testing institutions. The study found that the overall technical level of China\'s inspection and testing service industry was in a tortuous upward stage, and the industry was in an increasing state of scale compensation. However, the inspection and testing service industry is only in the initial stage of competitiveness. In the east and western regions, there is a wide gap in the competitiveness of the test service industry, and the overall competitiveness of the industry is decreasing from east to west.
