Research progress of chemi-resistive gas sensors based on modified graphene

石墨烯具有独特的二维结构以及优异的电学特性,是制备气体传感器的理想材料。尤其是石墨烯基气体传感器能够在室温条件下检测气体分子。石墨烯的改性修饰例如缺陷的引入以及杂原子掺杂等能够改善传感器的灵敏度、检测极限以及选择性等性能。本文首先简要介绍了石墨烯基化学阻抗型气体传感器的传感机理;然后总结了石墨烯的改性增强传感性能的理论计算研究以及实验研究成果;最后对改性石墨烯基气体传感器的发展方向进行了展望。

Graphene is an ideal material for gas sensors due to two-dimensional structure and excellent electrical properties. In particular, graphene-based gas sensors can detect gas molecules at room temperature. Modifications of graphene, such as the introduction of defects and heteroatom doping, can improve the sensitivity, detection limit, and selectivity of the sensor. This review firstly introduced the mechanism of graphene-based chemi-resistive gas sensors; then summarized the theoretical and experimental research of modified graphene in the application of gas sensor; finally, the development direction in the future was prospected.
