多轴加速度检测仪的设计

加速度传感器广泛应用于工业、军事、航天和民用领域,加速度传感器是惯性组合测量系统的核心器件。随着MEMS技术的不断发展,单轴加速度传感器的技术已日趋成熟,多轴加速度传感器的研究正成为MEMS领域的热点[1]。本文设计了一个简单的三轴加速度检测系统,主要用于低量程的加速度检测,首先,开发了一套适合加速度信号采集的子系统,信号采集子系统采用ATmega16单片机作为信号采集的主控芯片,它接收上位机的命令进行相应的模拟信号采集,同时将模拟信号转换成计算机能够处理的数字信号,最后将数字信号传给上位机,上位机采用Delphi开发出了具有界面友好,美观和适合测试者使用的强大的数据处理软件。软件通过计算机的串口控制数据的采集,且能够在上位机上显示记录的数据和波形。
he acceleration sensor has been widely applied to such domain as industry, military, astronautics and civil. The acceleration sensor is a combination of inertial measurement system the core of the device. With the continuous development of MEMS technology, single-axis acceleration sensor technology has become more mature, multi-axis acceleration sensor is becoming a hot field of MEMS.In this paper, we designed a simple three-axis acceleration detection systems, mainly for low-range acceleration testing. First of all, the development of a suitable acceleration signal acquisition subsystem, signal acquisition subsystem ATmega16 using single-chip microcomputer as the master chip signal acquisition, which received PC command corresponding analog signal acquisition, analog signals will be converted into the computer can handle the digital signal, digital signal to the end PC. the host computer using Delphi has developed a user-friendly, beautiful and suitable for testing the use of powerful data-processing software.
