多层约瑟夫森结Fiske台阶的数值模拟研究
Numerical simulation of the Fiske steps in stacked Josephson junction
本文在诱导耦合模型基础上,通过数值模拟的方法研究了多层Nb/Al-AlOx /Nb (N = 10) 的约瑟夫森结的I-V特性曲线。I-V 曲线上获得了一系列空腔振荡型的 Fiske 台阶,尤其是在选取了合适的参数后,可以发现结内层的 Fiske 台阶出现在同一电压值附近,特征速度的结果和模拟的位相差、电压值均证实了内层各结具有同相振荡的模式,这为多层约瑟夫森结作为高频振荡器的开发提供了有力的理论依据。
In this paper, the numerical simulation on the I-V characteristics of the Nb/Al-AlOx /Nb stacked Josephson junctions (N = 10) are studied on the basis of the inductive theory. A series of cavitylike resonant Fiske steps can be found on the I-V characteristics; in particular, by choosing appropriate parameters, the Fiske steps of the inner junctions are found to appear at the same position. The characteristic velocity, the simulated phase difference, and the voltages all verify the in-phase oscillation mode of the inner junctions. This provides a useful theoretical proof for the Josephson junction acting as a good candidate of high-frequency oscillator.
