我国市场上内外资并购目标行业的对比分析

In recent years, the mergers and acquisitions market of China's listed companies is growing rapidly. The domestic and foreign acquisition of China's listed companies has emerged as a fierce momentum of development, It had a profound impact on China's capital market and the economy. The academic study of mergers and acquisitions of listed companies also increased. Through the literature review, the author found that most of the previous studies focused on the theme of study for a single acquisition. The comparative studies of domestic mergers and foreign acquisition were few. Therefore, this paper took use of the data from 2003 to 2007 and made comparative analysis of target industries of the two different types of mergers. At last the article found out their differences and provided some advices for improving domestic enterprises' competitiveness.
