数字化图形技术测定葡萄叶面积方法研究
Study on the method of measuring the leaf area of grapevine by the digital image processing techniques
试验通过照相和扫描获取葡萄叶片图像,利用图形处理软件Harvard Graphics 2.0和CorelDRAW 11.0分别获得叶缘的矢量化图形,然后利用AUTOCAD 2002,可快速测量出叶面积和周长。且测量结果准确,稳定性好。叶片扫描比照相测得的数值更精确;利用CorelDRAW 对叶片边缘自动矢量化和Harvard Graphics人工矢量化对测量结果的影响无显著差异,但使用CorelDRAW可以极大提高了计算机测量效率。
rapid method for measuring the leaf area and perimeter of grapevine was developed by means of image treatment in the system of AutoCAD 2002. The foliar initiative pictures with a referring ruler scale were obtained by digital camera and scanner. Harvard Graphics 2.0 and CorelDraw11.0 were also used to capture manually or automatically the foliar vectorgraphes respectively. The result shows that it is feasible to measure accurately and steadily the foliar area and perimeter by digital image processing techniques. The scanning measurement is more precise than digital camera photographing. However, there was no significant difference between the measurements from the vectorgraphes more rapidly captured by CorelDraw 11.0 than drawn manually in Harvard Graphics 2.0.
