实钻条件下岩石抗钻能力的破碎能耗评价

破碎岩石过程是一个能量耗散过程。岩石破碎能耗的大小是衡量岩石抗破碎能力的重要指标,也是钻井岩石破碎机理研究的重要部分。本文对实钻过程中能量的来源及耗散进行分析,应用分形几何方法分析岩石破碎产物粒度的体积分布,建立了实钻过程中岩石破碎能耗的理论分析模型,并分析了影响钻井岩石破碎能耗的因素。该模型结构表明,实钻过程中岩石破碎能耗不仅输入能量的大小有关,而且与地层岩石破碎体的尺度和粒度分布分形维数等因素有关。应用岩石破碎能耗模型建立大庆徐家围子火山岩地层徐深31井和徐深43井的岩石破碎能耗随深度的变化剖面,并分析了不同钻井条件下的岩石破碎能耗大小。分析结果表明:影响钻井钻速的因素不仅仅是随深度增加的岩石力学特性,井底的压力环境也是大幅度改变钻速的因素。
he process of crushing rock is a process of energy consumption. The energy consumption on the crushing rock is an important index which shows anti-crushing capacity of the rock and also is an important part of the study on the drilling rock crushing mechanism. In this paper, using the fractal geometry to analyze the rock crushing products particle size volume distribution, the energy sources and energy dissipation are analyzed in the actual drilling process, established the theoretical analysis model for the actual drilling process of rock crushing energy consumption and the affecting factors on energy consumption on the crushing rock were analyzed. The model structure shows that the energy consumption on the rock crushing was not only related to the size of the input energy, but also to the size of rock cuttings and the fractal dimension of size distribution. With the application of energy consumption on the crushing rock model, established daqing xujiaweizi volcanic rocks well xushen 31 and well xushen 43 of the rock crushing energy consumption with depth profile, and analyzed the size of the rock crushing energy consumption under different drilling conditions. The results show that the factors that affect the drilling penetration rate is not only to increase with the depth of rock mechanical properties, bottom hole pressure of environment is also a significant change in penetration rate factors.
