Probing Interactions of Antimony Species with DNA by Short Column Capillary Electrophoresis Coupled with Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry

In this paper a rapid method for speciation analysis of SbIII和SbV was developed by SC-CE-ICP-MS based on a MicoMist nebulizer and a removable interface. SbIII和SbV were separated in 1 min by CE in a 16 cm × 75 μm I. D. fused silica capillary at 21 kV. A mixture of 30 mM NH4Ac and 50 mM Tris (pH 8.0) was buffer solution. The precisions (RSD, n = 5) of migration time, peak height and peak area for the two inorganic antimony species in the ranges of 1.1% ~1.6%,2.3% ~2.7% and 2.5% ~2.9%, respectively. The limits of detection (3σ) of SbIII和SbV were 0.12 μg L-1 and 0.15 μg L-1, respectively.
