Study and Application of Mitochondrial DNA in Mollusca

线粒体DNA作为一种有效的分子标记已经越来越多的用在软体动物遗传学的分析上。并取得了许多成果。本文阐述了软体动物线粒体DNA的研究进展,主要介绍了软体动物线粒体DNA序列的研究概况和线粒体DNA的多态性在软体动物的系统发生、起源进化、地理分化和群体识别上的应用情况。

Mitochondrial DNA as an ideal genetic marker has been successfully applied to the study of population and evolutionary genetics of Mollusca. In this paper, research advances using mitochondrial DNA sequences to discover mitochondrial DNA polymorphisms are introduced. Further more,the applications are reviewed in the fields of systematic evolution, biogeography and population genetics of Mollusca.
