考虑端面摩擦效应的单轴煤样统计损伤尺度本构模型
Statistical Damage Scale Constitutive Model of Coal Sample With Effects of Interfacial Friction
基于Weibull理论和脆性材料强度的随机统计分布假设,采用损伤力学理论,建立了计入端面摩擦效应的单轴压缩下煤样损伤统计本构模型,并且在伺服试验机上进行了不同尺寸煤样的单轴压缩试验,分析了理论曲线与试验结果曲线产生差异的主要原因是端面摩擦效应,然后对端面摩擦效应引起的尺度效应进行了修正,修正后的含尺度的本构关系和试验曲线,具有较好的相符性,为尺度效应在强度表征方面的深入研究提供新的试验理论依据。
his paper put forward a statistical damage scale constitutive model of coal sample with effects of interfacial friction, based on the theory of Weibull and random distribution, according to the theory of damage mechanics. Through MTS system testing, we can obtain the main reason of differences between theory and experiment is the effects of interfacial friction, and then modified the scale effect of effects of interfacial friction. In comparison, theoretical results met direct testing outcome very well. Such scale effect analyses can provide new approaches to complete research of rock strength.
