c-Fos在低级别胶质瘤中的表达及临床意义

目的 探讨低级别胶质瘤组织中原癌蛋白c-Fos表达及其临床意义。 方法 采用免疫组化染色SP法,检测36例低级别胶质瘤组织中c-Fos的表达，分析其高低表达与胶质瘤患者临床特征的关系，Kaplan-Meier法进行生存预后分析。 结果 c-Fos的表达与胶质瘤患者的性别、年龄、WHO分级，KPS评分以及切除状态无明显相关性（P>0.05）；对于低级别胶质瘤，c-Fos高表达组和低表达组的平均总生存时间分别为52.9个月和82.3个月（P=0.027）。 结论 研究结果初步提示原癌蛋白c-Fos是低级别胶质瘤预后不良的分子标记物。。
Objective To detect the expression of proto -oncogene c -Fos in human in low grade glioma and analyze its clinical significance. Methods 36 paraffin embedded specimens of low grade glioma were investigated by SP immunohistochemical method to observe the localization and expression of c -Fos .And the relationships between c-Fos and clinical factors were analyzed．Survival curves were analyzed by Kaplan - Meier method. Results The expression of c-Fos was not significantly correlated to the sex, age, WHO grade, KPS score and resection status of gliomas(P>0.05). The mean overall survival time of high expression group and low expression group were 52.9 months and 82.3 months (P=0.027) for low grade gliomas. Conclusion Proto -oncogenes c-Fos could be a molecular marker of poor prognosis in low grade gliomas.
