羟基磷灰石/聚乳酸纳米复合粉体的制备

羟基磷灰石(Ca10(PO4)6(OH)2,HAp)与聚乳酸组成的复合生物材料具有良好的生物活性,生物相容性和降解性能。本文以湿法合成HAp的前驱体,并以此为基础制备了HAp与聚d, l-乳酸(PDLLA)的纳米复合粉末。结果表明,PDLLA的含量对复合粉末的分散性有较大影响。PDLLA含量为0.5%时,纳米粉末分散性好,两相分布均匀,避免了传统混压法会导致两相分离的缺点。
he composite biomaterial made of hydroxyapatite [Ca10(PO4)6(OH)2,HAp] and poly(d, l-lactic acid) [PDLLA] is bioactive, biocompatible and degradable. The precursor of nano HAp was synthesized and further used to prepare the HAp/PDLLA nano composite powder. The results indicated that the content of PDLLA influenced the dispersal of the composite powder greatly. When the content of PDLLA is about 0.5%, particles disperse well and no glomeration can be observed. This composite powder avoids the shortage of pressing method, such as the separation between organic and inorganic phases.
