人口老龄化背景下基本养老保险隐性债务规模研究——以江苏省为例
Study on hidden debt amount of basic old-age insurance under aging population background ——The real analysis of Jiangsu Province
养老保险是社会稳定的调节器，是构建和谐社会的重要基础，但是随着我国人口老龄化趋势不断加剧，基本养老保险隐性债务问题日趋严重。本文在此背景之下，首先介绍了基本养老保险隐性债务的概念及原因，然后以江苏省为例测算了基本养老保养隐性债务数额，最后提出了解决江苏省基本养老保险隐性债务的具体措施。
