本研究对亚麻ISSR反应条件进行了优化,并利用100个随机引物,以亚麻耐盐碱材料7000ha-1 和不耐盐碱材料05-10为模板进行ISSR标记筛选。经过三轮的筛选,结果只有33条引物能在亲本间扩增出稳定的多态性,占整个扩增引物的33%,为下一步ISSR标记应用于作图群体分析奠定基础。

he ISSR reaction condition are optimized in this study, ISSR marker screening between the material of alkali and salt tolerance (7000 ha-1) and the opposite material (05-10) for template in 100 random primers. After three rounds of selection, only 33 primers show a stable polymorphism between parents, accounting for 33% of the whole primers amplification, it lay the foundation for the next step in mapping application mark ISSR group analysis.
