一种基于负载均衡机制的拥塞控制策略
Congestion Control Policy based on Load Balancing
与现实世界拥挤的交通状况类似，计算机网络也面临着数据传输过程中的拥塞问题。所谓拥塞就是指通信网络中的一种状态，到达各网络通信输入站的呼叫数量超过了网络处理的容量或能力。显然，呼叫数量（或者说用户需求）一旦超过了网络的承载能力，就不可避免地要产生拥塞现象。本文对传统的拥塞控制方法进行了比较，提出了基于对网络负载进行实时监测的负载均衡拥塞控制策略，并对其可行性进行定性分析。
Just as the state of traffic jam, there is a very serious congestion control problem in the Internet. Congestion is defined as a state, in which the total communication information excesses the communication capacity of the network. Once the network is overloaded, it is inevitable to result in congestion. This paper compares the traditional congestion control technology, try to draw up a congestion control policy based on load balancing.
