本文设计了一种基于嵌入式linux的网络视频监控系统。针对mjpeg流的多媒体数据实时传输要求，设计并实现了在Arm-linux平台下基于JRTPLIB库的RTP/RTCP传输协议的流媒体实时传输。简要介绍了系统的软、硬件平台；重点阐述了基于USB摄像头的视频采集和视频数据的传输的过程，对其中的若干关键技术进行了较为详细的介绍。
his paper mainly introduces a network video surveillance system which is based on embedded linux. In order to reach real-time transport the demand of mjpeg stream multimedia data, this paper designs and implements the streaming media real-time transport by RTP/RTCP transfer protocol which is based on JRTPLIB under the Arm-linux Platform. This paper briefly introduces the soft and hard platform of this system; emphasizes illustrating the process of the video capture based on USB camera and video data transport, and makes a detailed introduction about several key technologies which refer to this process.
