供应链管理下的企业效能评价模型研究
Research on Enterprise Performance Evaluation Model in Supply Chain Management
评价供应链管理的好坏,关键在于分析它为企业所带来的实际收益,因此,供应链管理下的企业效能评价研究是非常重要的,本文依据平衡计分卡理论,建立供应链管理下的内在因果关系分析框架,并在此分析框架下,利用系统动力学模拟仿真的方法,探讨供应链整体运行效果和企业个体效能的联系,求解出供应链管理所产生的实际效能,这有助于供应链管理绩效评价研究的深化,并且,在实际供应链管理项目评判中也有较大的应用价值。
For the supply chain management evaluation, the key for enterprises is how much income it can produce, therefore, enterprise performance evaluation research in supply chain management is very important. Based on the theory of the balanced scorecard, this paper establishs an internal causality analysis framework in supply chain management, and below that analysis framework, using the system dynamics simulation method, it discusses the contact between the whole supply chain operation efficiency and enterprise individual performance result, then calculates the enterprise's actual efficiency caused by supply chain management, which helps to deep performance evaluation research in supply chain management and is of great practical value for the SCM project evaluation.
