基于GERT图的废旧零部件不确定性再制造工艺路线模型
Uncertain Remanufacturing Process Routings Model for Used Components Based on GERT Network
针对再制造系统工艺路线不确定性问题,建立了一种基于随机网络评审技术(Graphical Evaluation and Review Technique: GERT network)的再制造工艺路线模型。首先对再制造工艺路线的不确定性进行了分析,对参数进行了描述,阐述了四种典型再制造工艺路线,然后建立了基于GERT图的某废旧零部件路线模型,该模型描绘了各废旧零部件的所有可能工艺路线,并建立了工艺的概率分支与各工序加工时间分布函数。通过信号流图以及矩母函数对模型进行求解,能得到废旧零部件到达某一节点的概率与期望时间。最后,将该模型应用到废旧车床主轴再制造实践中,运用Arena仿真软件对结果进行了合理验证。
With respect to the uncertain remanufacturing process in remanufacturing systems, a Graphical Evaluation and Review Technique network (GERT network) based uncertain remanufacturing process model is proposed. Firstly, the uncertainties of remanufacturing process routings are analyzed, parameters are described and four typical remanufacturing process routings are introduced. Then a uncertain remanufacturing process routings model for used components is proposed based on GERT network, in which all probable remanufacturing process routings of used components are described, and the probability of every process and time distribution function of every process time are discussed. The probability and expected time of the used components from one node to another node in the model can be acquired by signal flow graph and moment generating function. Finally, the model is applied in remanufacturing of used lathe spindle, and the result is simulated by Arena software to demonstrate the justifiability.
