为了提高高速公路救援效率,使伤者得到及时有效的救治,基于高速公路实时事故风险分析理论,提出了巡逻车应急响应离散事件仿真模型,分析了巡逻系统的实体、状态和属性,并通过python仿真,研究了事故预测的提前时间、精确度和误判率对巡逻车应急响应的影响。仿真结果表明:其中平均响应时间受精确度、提前预测时间影响明显,主动有效响应事故率受误判率的影响明显。为进一步提高事故响应效率,若使巡逻车对事故响应得到更好的应用,应该在尽力维持或减少误判率的前提下,选择合适的事故风险分析模型,来调整提前预测时间和预测精度,不能通过直观判断选择模型。

In order to improve the efficiency of highway rescue and make the injured get effective treatment, based on the theory of real-time highway accident risk analysis, a discrete event simulation model about the patrol car emergency response is put forward, which analysis entity, state and property of the patrol system. Through the python simulation, accident prediction, accuracy and error rate is studied. The simulation results show that the average response time is significantly affected by the accuracy and the prediction time, and the effective response rate is significantly affected by the false positive rate. In order to further improve the efficiency of incident response to make the response of the patrol car accidents have a better application, the false positive rate should be reduced or stable. The appropriate accident risk analysis model should be selected according to the forecast time and prediction accuracy instead of the intuitive judgment model.
