基于ARM的挤奶机全自动清洗控制器的设计
ontroller Design of Automatic Cleaning Milking Machine Based on ARM
为了满足国内奶牛场对国产多功能清洗控制器的迫切需要，设计出功能齐全的自动清洗控制器。该系统采用PHILIPS的ARM7芯片LPC2132作为CPU，硬件电路主要有：ARM系统、数据显示、键盘扩展、温度采集、液位采集与控制以及串口通讯等部分组成。软件采用C语言和VC++6.0编程。该系统通过了奶牛场现场试验，系统运行良好。
he paper describes automatic cleaning controller and this controller is based on the LPC2132 .The design of ARM system、display、keyboard、temperature signal acquisiting and serial communication are presented in detail. The soft wares are developed by C and VC++. By experiments, the running effect is satisfactory.
