圆柱壳体振动陀螺谐振结构微质量扰动仿真研究
Research on Cylinder Shell Vibrating Gyroscope under micro-quality disturbance
频率裂解和振型偏移是影响圆柱壳体振动陀螺谐振结构品质的主要因素。如何有效地抑制频率裂解及振型偏移对圆柱壳体振动陀的应用有重要意义。本文在详细分析了圆柱壳体振动陀谐振结构误差成因的基础上,采用有限元法仿真分析了圆柱壳体振动陀壳体端口开槽与底部扩孔的微质量扰动对其振动特性影响的规律;基于仿真结果提出了圆柱壳体振动陀螺谐振结构频率裂解和振型偏移的修形方案,并对修形的模型进行了谐响应分析,结果表明了修形方案的可行与有效。
Frequency split and mode shape drift are main factors affecting the quality of Cylinder Shell Vibrating Gyroscope (CSVG). How to diminish the value of them is of great significance for application of CSVG . In this paper, based on the detailed analysis of the cause of structural errors of CSVG, we find the laws that how micro quality disturbances of slotting and reaming affect on vibration performance of CSVG though studying the slotting on top of CSVG and reaming on bottom of CSVG by finite element method; Using these laws, we design a modification scheme to diminish the value of frequency split and mode shape drift of CSVG ,and confirm the high quality of the modified model through harmonic response analysis under piezoelectric effect. The result indicates the modification scheme is feasible and effective.
