在菌草灵芝菌糟提取物可以提高正常小鼠免疫功能的基础上,本文研究菌草灵芝菌糟提取物对由环磷酰胺致免疫力低下小鼠模型的血清中的IL-1β、TNF-α和IFN-γ的影响,结果发现:与CY相比,CK、Normal组血清中的IL-1β含量明显降低(P < 0.01);CD、CZ和CG组的小鼠血清中TNF-α比CY的浓度低,但差异不显著(P > 0.05);CD、CZ和CG组的小鼠血清中的IFN-γ明显低于CY(P < 0.01)。结果表明:菌草灵芝菌糟提取物能提高小鼠的脾脏指数和胸腺指数,可抑制血清中IL-1β、IFN-γ、TNF-α等细胞因子的含量。

his experiment was to study the immunity in immune-deficient mice by cyclophosphamidum based on that HWE can enhance the immune function in normal mice. The experiment showed that: compared to CY, serum IL-1β of CK and Normal were significantly decreased (P < 0.01), and serum TNF-α of CD, CZ, CG were decreased, but there was no significant difference (P > 0.05), serum IFN-γ of CD, CZ, CG were markedly decreased compared to CK (P < 0.01). And the results indicate that HWE can enhance the spleen index and thymus index and inhibit the concentration of IL-1β、IFN-γ、TNF-α in serum.
