研发投入的影响因素研究——基于高技术产业的实证分析

he dissertation carries on a theoretical analysis on influencing factors of R&D expenditure on the base of theories focusing on Agent Cost, Free Cash Flow, Upper Echelons, and Economic Development, and then makes an empirical study on corporations published the R&D expenditure and come into Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Market from 2004 to 2006, in High-tech industry. Finally, the dissertation finds that R&D expenditure has a positive relationship with ownership concentration, management team gender ratio, free cash flow, and management team size and that R&D expenditure has a negative relationship with management team age and enterprise size.
