人力资本多样性指数
Human Capital Diversity Index
我们把传统的生物多样性指数引入人力资本经济学，创造性地提出了“人力资本配置指数”，它可以反映一个国家或地区产业结构的变动。我们计算了我国的人力资本多样性指数，发现该指数呈上升趋势，我们利用行业“利润?人力资本供给蛛网模型”对我国人力资本多样性指数的上升进行了理论解释，并对人力资本多样性指数的变化趋势做了预测。
We introduce the traditional Biodiversity Index into Human Capital Economics and innovatively bring out the “Human Capital Diversity Index”, which we think can be seen as the reflection of the industry structure change in a country or region. We calculated our nation’s Human Capital Diversity Index(HCDI) and found it rises following the time, which is explained by the “Cobweb Model of Human Capital Supply”. Plus, we made a prediction of the HCDI.
