协同整治视角下的省级农村居民点整治潜力测算

Estimation of rural residential land consolidation potential is one of the most important contents on land consolidation planning. Combining rural residential consolidation project with agricultural land consolidation project，we proposed a new method to calculate the consolidation potential of rural residential areas on province scale in the perspective of collaborative consolidation. Taking Hubei province as a case, we estimated the realistic potential of rural residential consolidation. The results showed that the calculated potential is clearly lower than that in the traditional method of Constructive Land Standard per capita. It can fully reflect the effect of patch scale and terrain on rural residential areas. The study indicated that the proposed method is reasonable. The map data and other accurate data can be fully utilized, and the results were closer to the reality. The method is simple and easy to operate on province scale.
