技术差距与跨国公司子公司技术转移速度的因素分析

摘要：本文探讨了一个跨国公司子公司与东道国厂商发生策略性交互作用的技术转移博弈模型，分析了一些可能影响达到纳什均衡时东道国厂商与跨国公司子公司之间技术差距的因素，并进一步拓展讨论了这些因素以及如跨国公司子公司的边际收益弹性可能会对跨国公司技术转移速度产生的影响，结论认为：(1)跨国公司的技术转移成本以及技术外溢程度等因素会影响国内厂商与跨国公司子公司之间达到纳什均衡时的技术差距（2）国内厂商的学习投资成本、国内厂商技术投资的调整参数、技术差距和技术外溢效应以及技术差距本身都会影响跨国公司子公司的技术转移速度（3）跨国公司子公司边际收益弹性的不同取值在决定技术差距等因素对技术转移速度的影响上起着重要的作用。
bstract: Following the idea of Wang和BlomstrÖm(1992),this paper develops a game model, in which a subsidiary of MNE and a host country firm will have strategic interaction.By analyzing the factor which will affect the Nash Equilibrium’s technology gap between domestic firms and MNE s.Furthermore, these factors and elasticity of MNE marginal profit also affect the technology transfer speed. Conclusions are as follows: (1) MNE’s technology transfer cost 、technology spillover、 will affect the technology gap which get Nash Equilibrium;(2)Besides the above four factors, elasticity of MNE marginal profit also affects MNE technology transfer speed.
