远程教学中的自组织原理与项目化管理浅谈

目前电大的远程开放教育的教学系统属于他组织系统，要搞好远程教学的模式改革，必须按照自组织的原理去消除“教”与“学”的混乱无序。教学管理应采用项目管理的方法，注重对导修教师工作范围、质量、时间方面的控制，放手让教师和学生自行探索适合自己的教学模式。
The long-distance open educates system that of the radio and TV university belongs to self-organizing system at present. It needs to eliminate the chaotic disorder of "teach" and "study" according to the self-organizing principle in order to do the mode reform of distance learning well. Teaching management that should adopt the project management and more attention should be paid to the working range of teacher and to the leading repairing quality ,control of time, Go all out to let the teacher and student explore the suitable teaching mode that is for their own.
