国外尾矿坝安全研究新进展及我国尾矿坝安全研究发展态势

针对尾矿坝安全研究与管理问题，收集了大量的国外尾矿坝研究文献，综述了国外尾矿坝稳定性、安全管理、环境保护等方面研究的新进展，分析了国外学者在尾矿坝溃坝原因、安全管理、环境污染问题的分析方法和研究成果。论述了我国尾矿坝稳定性、抗震性能、安全管理、在线监测的研究现状，指出研究应用高科技进行在线监测乃是我国尾矿坝安全管理的发展态势。论文对我国尾矿坝安全管理具有积极的促进作用。
his article collects lots of foreign research literature of tailings dam about safety studies and management problems. New development of stability of tailings dam, safety management and environment protection were summarized. Methods and research achievements on reason of tailings dam failure, safety management and environmental pollution were analyzed. Research status of stability of tailings dam, earthquake resistant behaviors, safety management and on-line monitoring were discussed, and it was pointed out that on-line monitoring of application of high technology is development trend of safety management of tailings dam in our country. This article provides positive facilitation for safety management of tailings dam in our country.
