北太平洋柔鱼不同组织稳定同位素比值比较研究

近年来,稳定同位素分析逐渐成为海洋食物网营养结构及动物摄食生态学研究的有效方法之一。本研究对2011年5~7月在北太平洋38 N~40 N,157 E~178 W海域采集的柔鱼样本的肌肉和角质颚组织进行了碳、氮稳定同位素测定,并比较了柔鱼两组织间稳定同位素比值的差异。结果表明:柔鱼肌肉的氮稳定同位素值(δ15N)显著高于角质颚,而肌肉的碳稳定同位素值(δ13C)与角质颚并没有显著性差异。肌肉与角质颚氮稳定同位素的差异可能是由于肌肉和角质颚的蛋白质组成和含量不同引起的。对角质颚的δ13C和δ15N与经度的关系研究发现,上下角质颚的δ13C和δ15N值从东经到西经均呈显著性下降趋势。这可能是由于地域的不同导致北太平洋柔鱼的摄食组成不同,但同时也可能是由于所处栖息地基线生物的稳定同位素值不同。本文为北太平洋柔鱼的食性和营养层次的相关研究奠定了基础。
Recently, stable isotope analysis has been a one of the most powerful tools for investigating the trophic dynamics of marine food web and reconstructing the trophic history of marine organsims. In this study, comparison on isotopic values of muscle and beak tissues of neon flying squid captured in the North Pacific Ocean (38 N~40 N,155 E~175 W) from May to July 2011 were conducted. Results showed that: δ15N values of muscles were significantly higher than beaks, while the δ13C values of muscles and beaks had no significant difference. Such difference may be related to the variation of different chemical and physical composition of the tissues. There was a decreasing trend in δ13C and δ15N values of beaks from the west to east longitute, which suggested a diet shift happened as squid migrate as well as variable basel isotopic values of different migration routines. The results will give supports for further studies on feeding behavior and trophic position of neon flying squid in North Pacific.
