码头结构加固维修施工工艺
Study on reinforcement and repair technique of dock structure
码头经过多年使用,由于构件处于恶劣的氯离子侵蚀环境中,所以容易发生了一些构件破损现象。本文针对深圳一港区码头加固施工工程实例进行分析。对于因为腐蚀环境对构件的破坏,还有长期疲劳使用使得结构超负荷运用,而导致构件出现破损问题,提出了相适应的加固修复方法。并对其施工方法及工艺流程做了介绍。根据实际情况,分别对码头的横梁、纵梁、面板的破损情况进行分析,破损类型分为A、B、C三种和五种腐蚀类别,分别对于不同的构件选择最经济的方案进行维修和加固。最后对维修的构件进行防腐蚀处理,以保证其整体稳定性和耐久性,延长其使用寿命。使得码头能充分发挥加固维修后的作用效果。

For the environment because of corrosion damage to components, as well as the use of long-term fatigue overload makes use of the structure, which led to emergence of damaged components, we propose to adapt the methods of strengthening and repairing. And construction methods and processes is introduced. According to the actual situation on the terminals, respectively, beam, carline, face plate of the damage, damage type is divided into A, B, C three and five types of corrosion, respectively, for different components of the program to choose the most economical maintenance and reinforcement. Finally, the components of the maintenance of anti-corrosion treatment, in order to ensure the overall stability and durability,extending its life. The pier will give full play to make repairs after the reinforcement effect.
