土耳其GAP项目的水资源开发模式及对我国的启示

Water resources development is the focus of watershed development. With the deepening of the concept of sustainable development, the modern river basin development has evolved into a comprehensive national project group. Turkey’s GAP is a multi-level integrated watershed development project which based on the development of water resources. Through the development of water resources, the energy security, food security and water security have been protected, and a high level of economic benefit has been achieved. In addition to economic benefits, ecological security and military security were protected through the adoption of comprehensive water conservation measures and international consultations and negotiations. The analysis of GAP could draw some inspirations for China’s cross-river development.
