碳化条件对晋城无烟煤活性炭性能的影响
Effect of carbonation condition on the quality of activated carbon from Jincheng coal
本文选择山西无烟煤为原料,研究了碳化温度、碳化时间和水蒸气流量对无烟煤活性炭碘值、灰分、收率的影响,通过实验确定了最佳碳化工艺参数。实验结果表明,制备无烟煤活性炭的较佳条件是:碳化温度600℃,碳化时间1.0h,碳化升温速度为10℃/min,在此条件下,获得碘吸附值为887mg/g,灰分12.97%,得率58.75%的活性炭产品。
Shanxi anthracite is chosen as feed in this paper, we study the effect of carbonation temperation, carbonation time and carbonation heating rate on the quality of activated carbon such as iodide value, recovery and ash content. Through the experimental, the optimum condition is: carbonation temperature of 600刟C, carbonation time of 1 h, carbonation heating rate of 10刟C/min, in this condition, the product of activated carbon is got, the iodide value is 887mg/g, ash content is 12.97%, and the recovery is 58.75%.
