Simulation and Optimization of Valve Timing on Diesel Engine Based on AVL BOOST
采用AVL BOOST发动机模拟计算软件建立了YC6L350-20柴油机的仿真计算模型,在某一转速的全负荷工况下,以比油耗、功率和容积效率参数为考虑因素,分别对进气迟闭角、排气提前角等配气相位参数进行了仿真计算,通过结果分析,确定了更加合理的配气相位,为该型号柴油机的优化提供参考。
he simulation model of YC6L350-20 diesel engine is built based on simulation software AVL BOOST. Under a full-load condition at a speed, the valve timing parameters such as intake lag angle and exhaust advance angle are simulated and calculated respectively based on the considerations of fuel economy、power and volumetric efficiency. A more appropriate valve timing is confirmed by analyzing the results, which provides reference for optimization of YC6L350-20 diesel engine.
